This was forwarded to me by a friend. I have decided to post it on my blog instead of emailing out a huge missive, heh... Have fun, and I would be interested to know what you all get. I got 37.

Everyone was shocked when simon commited suicide late this summer. He had bipolar and there was a lot of issues.... This is still sadness extreme! I'm posting this link Erynn gave me at work so I don't loose it. :-0

For those of you who do not know: Years ago I knew the Poultneys because they were also members of the P.H.E. (parkland home educators support group). We went to a couple outings at their acreage, and Bronwen was one of my chums. Simon was her older brother and Coralyn had an desperate cruch on him in jr. high. *chuckles* (no, we've never let her forget it) When the kids were sent back to school I kinda lost touch with them. :-( I say "kinda" because I still know them to see them, know where they go to church, school, clubs, etc etc, but Bronwen prolly wouldn't remember me if I was to go say HI! to her. :'( very sad.
Ok, enough snifflies.
The sun's shining! :-) It's a beautiful day.....

I am posting this picture again, because..... last week my rose-coloured pumps arrived! They were the very last pair availalable! Tall Girl in WEM had one black pair left, which happened to be my size, but when I asked, the girl checked on the computer and found that they had one pair of rose ones in vancouver! I had to have them. I am not normally so obsessed, but this was one of the few times... hehe :-) And I didn't have to pay full price *snickerz* :-D So we ordered them in, and a parcel arrived for me a few days later! oohlala.... :-) Hand delivered to my door... Niiiice! In natural lighting the rose colour is darker and more peachy than they seem under flurescent tubes, but hey, I still love them!! I think they go well with my "pink frilly" skirt. :-} I wore my new footwear with aforementioned skirt last Sunday. The pumps really are comfortable. *sigh* a good leather shoe is really worth it :-D
